If like me you have
kids who HATE having their hair washed but more specifically, hate having it
blow dried, then you’ll understand the desperation to find anything that will
help in making the process as moan-free as possible!
One of the things
they hate the most is when I brush their hair.
Weather their hair is
wet or dry you’ll be sure to hear ‘That hurts’, ‘You’re doing it too hard’, ‘oww
when will it stop’.
These are just a few
of the phrases that I hear on a bi-weekly basis from my two angels on hair wash
night or daily if you’re my daughter.
Rolls eyes and tears hair out simultaneously.
But feat not fellow
parents as Denman have recently launched a brush that could bring an end to all
this moaning!
Meet the Denman D93 Tangle Tamer Gentle.
This innovate new
brush has been created specifically for fine, fragile hair and is designed for
gentle and sensitive detangling of knots.
Hallelujah!
Suitable for use on
both wet and dry hair, this funky little brush features an air-cushioned pad
fitted with super-soft, ball-tipped bristles that gently glide through hair to
eliminate tangles without tugging, pulling or causing damage to your hair.
For this reason, it
is the perfect tool for fragile hair and sensitive scalps.
Touch!
Available in a range
of bright, fun colours it is the perfect brush to attempt on my little
darlings!
When presenting these
new brushes to my children they were excited by the vivid colours and
immediately claimed the blue and pink as theirs so its safe to say they are
aesthetically pleasing and appealing to their target audience!
When it came to using
the brush on their damp hair, I found the brush surprisingly lightweight and
easy to manoeuvre, even on a fidgeting child!
For the first time in
I don’t know how many years, I managed to brush my son and daughters hair
without a single cry of protest.
The slim, soft
bristles effortlessly glided through their hair, making light work of even my
daughter’s tangled tresses.
The ball tipped
bristles did their job and allowed me to comb through their hair from root to
tip without anyone complaining that I was hurting them, in fact, once finished my
daughter pinched the pink one and ran off to continue brushing her hair ‘like a
princess’.
I am so pleased (and relieved) to have found such a fab
brush that finally makes brushing my kids hair a pleasure rather than a chore.
You can get your
hands on the Denman D93 Tangle Tamer Gentle from LookFantastic where it costs
£11.
