Mademoiselle Rochas Couture

Mademoiselle Rochas Couture is a beautiful, elegant oriental scent from Rochas Paris.

Launched back in 2017 it was created to embody a chic, outgoing woman due to its simple yet elegant aroma.

This fragrance is a reflection of a refined Parisian woman, mixing basic items with more sophisticated fashion pieces to create a beautiful and unique look and indeed the black bow which adorns the cap is a tribute to the work of the Paris fashion house and how bows often feature in their creations; a graceful symbol of femininity.

Speaking of the black bow, I simply adore the bottle.

Housed in a circular yet thin glass bottle with ribbed edges it features a fabulously vibrant and feminine dusky pink/plum hue that catches your eye.

The shape of the bottle is a simple circle, but the subtle ribbed edges offers a more complex and complicated element.

Likewise with the cap. A simple silver cap with Rochas embossed on top yet adorned with a beautiful black bow; a contrast which is not an accident and reflects the juice within the bottle!

Described as an oriental scent it could quite easily also be referred to as a floral woody fragrance and is both elegant and vibrant simultaneously. 

Top notes of spicy pink pepper mix with juicy pear and bergamot before a softness of orange blossom, lily of the valley and Helitrope intoxicate and delight. 

Base notes of creamy sandalwood, tonka bean and delightful musk envelope the fragrance creating the overwhelming experience of elegance and sensuality.
