Yesterday saw the UK release of Machine Gun Preacher starring the gorgeous Michelle Monahan (of Source Code, Due Date, Made of Honour) and the delectable Gerard Butler.
Based on the true story of Sam Childers (Gerard Butler), a violent, drug-dealing biker whose faith leads him on a path to East Africa, where he finds his true calling as a machine gun-wielding protector of hundreds of refugee children.
A still from Machine Gun Preacher |
(Gerard Butler, playing a role as protector of children, be still my beating heart!)
Michelle plays Lynn, Sam’s loyal wife who encourages him to turn to God and he resolves to change the course of his life.
At the US premier last month Michelle shone, looking stunning in a beautiful, emerald green, embellished dress with matching patent heels.
With her hair tied up, pretty green eyes peaking out from beneath a feathered fringe and with a shock of bright lipstick she oozed elegance and glamour.
Want to recreate this Hollywood look? Here’s how!

ReplyDeleteI'd like to try the Bare Mineral Prime Time (primer) because someone recently told me that using primer makes a huge difference to how easy it is to apply foundation, and as I tend to make a right pig's ear of applying foundation, I'm keen to give it a try!

With a teint the colour and texture of Mars and skin shinier than any Christmas bulb, I'd LOVE to try out the Bareminerals primer. I read your post on their facial care range, and went straight to Selfridges to get my hands on some samples, after all, any mom is always right! If you have any tips for dry, but oily combination skin, please post - I am constantly looking for something that will moisturize, but also reduced the shine.
