Aromatherapy Associates Inner Strength Bath and Shower Oil

Sometimes life takes over and you can feel stressed, overwhelmed, tired and in need of some serious TLC.

Can’t afford a SPA experience or time away from the office, fear not because thanks to Aromatherapy Associates you can experience all the relaxation experiences of a deluxe spa right in your own bathroom.
When I’m after a little pick-me-up luxurious treat I turn to their Inner Strength Bath and Shower Oil (£49).

This award winning formula was created by their founder to help deal with life's out of the blue moments, a "coping mechanism in a bottle" if you like.

This rich, decadent product contains a hand blended fusion of essential oils designed to create a sense of inner calm to help balance scattered emotions leaving you feeling relaxed, comforted and calm.

Clary Sage de-clutters your mind and helps fight bacteria that thrive in the digestive system, urinary tract and calms the nervous system, especially during times of stress.

Cardamon offers a strengthening element and is a fortifying Essential Oil as well as working as an antiseptic and stimulant.

Sandalwood softens, soothes and protects your skin, calms and relaxes the mind and strengthens resolve, fortifies the spirit and enhances confidence.

Finally, a blend of Frankincense helps soothe blemishes, reduces fine lines and brighten and tightens the skin, which lets face it is always a bonus!

You can use this oil in both the bath or shower but I personally feel like I get the most out of its benefits when bathing in it.

Massage a capful of the oil over your body before sinking into your warm bath (or shower) and enjoy the aromatic experience of essential oils calm your body and mind, bringing you balance and strength.

It is a truly beautiful product that never fails to calm and relax me after a stressful day, and it’s gorgeous glass bottle looks gorgeous too!
