Lancôme Limited Edition Cushion Highlighter

HOW beautiful is this Limited Edition Cushion Highlighter from Lancôme!

Created by fashion designer Olympia Le Tan this collector’s edition features a case covered with an super cute embroidered badge.

Best known for her classic book clutches Olympia has succeeded in creating a poetic and original makeup collection.

Once you’ve gotten over the beauty that is the packaging be prepared to be shocked by the product itself!

This is the first liquid highlighter in a cushion compact and features all the vitality and freshness of a liquid highlighter in a portable cushion! 

I was convinced this must be a foundation when I first received it but I can confirm that it is definitely a highlighter and a very pretty one at that.

The handy compact don’t just look good, it contains everything you need to create a look to make your skin glow!

Within the compact is a velvety soft sponge, a small mirror and of course the cushion product itself.

The highlighter is a beautiful, soft and subtle natural shade which will suit and flatter any skin tone.

The cushion is perfect for ensuring effortless application leaving your cheekbones instantly sculpted and highlighted.

The highlighter fluid within the cushion is super lightweight in texture and is absorbed into your skin quickly. 

The soft applicator ensures your make up beneath is not disturbed and you are left with a pretty, subtle yet noticeable glow, or a ‘veil of luminosity’ which I think sounds rather nice!

Lancôme’s Highlighter Cushion has to be one of my favourite highlighters. Not only is it exquisitely packaged its form is so modern and unique that it really appeals to my love of all things a bit different.

The shade is universally flattering and offers just the right amount of shimmer without leaving you looking like a glitter ball.

All in all, there’s nothing not to love about it.
