The Body Shop 25 days of game-changing advent-ure Ultimate adventcalendar

First up in my series of beauty advent calendar posts is this gorgeous not-so-little lovely from The Body Shop.

Following the success from their previous calendars, this year The Body Shop have three to choose from, depending on your budget.

The most expensive of the three is their 25 days of game-changing advent-ure Ultimate advent calendar (£99).

This MASSIVE (and I mean massive, it’s huge) calendar contains products worth over a whopping £214 and when you start to open the doors it’s easy to see why.

Unlike most beauty advent calendars which tend to feature sample sizes of products, this bad boy includes a huge range of full size products!

Inside you'll find everything from their Japanese Matcha Tea Pollution Clearing Mask to their iconic Vitamin E Night Cream.

It features a fabulous combination of cosmetics, skincare and bodycare so come December 25^th you’ll have been pampered from head to toe!

This calendar is so much more than just a beauty treat behind a door though and it’s this aspect that I think is brilliant.

This Christmas The Body Shop are asking you to ‘Play it forward’ by setting you a task every day to help make the world a better place. 

Written on the box for each day are ideas for how to make someone else happy, or how to improve your day or how to make a difference.

One of my favourites is ‘Treat someone to a hot drink’. I love the idea of paying it forward at this time of the year especially.

This special calendar both treats you physically to a gorgeous product but also gets you to think about the real meaning of Christmas, which is kindness and good will to all.

It’s inspired.

PLUS, once you’ve enjoyed all this the calendar turns into a board game featuring a host of general knowledge questions printed on another side of each box too.
