Princess of Hearts is the newest fragrance from Vera Wang’s
iconic Princess line of fragrances and is in my opinion, the best yet.
Described as a fruity gourmand it is a fantastically juicy,
delicious and almost overwhelming sweet scent which appeals to every aspect of
my personality!
The soft, sweet pink hue of the nectar within shimmers
through the heart shaped glass bottle which is adorned with lipstick scrawled
hearts.
Pretty pink stones decorate the shiny silver crown like
little sweets and you’re left holding a bottle that you just know has captured
the essence of pure girlyness!
The fragrance opens
with top notes of mouth-watering watermelon, juicy wild strawberry and bergamot
while heart notes features fresher, green floral notes of lily of the valley
and rich star of jasmine.
Base notes of musk, sweet vanilla cream and aromatic
cedarwood combine to create a warm, enticing and sweet experience which I can’t
get enough of.
While it does contain a few floral notes if I’m honest I wouldn’t
have even been able to tell that they were there as it is ultimately such a
sugary sweet and fruity scent.
It can be a little overwhelming if like me, you tend to
douse yourself in perfume but when used sparingly it is wonderful.
If you’re a fan of soft, floral scents this isn’t for you,
but if you’re a fan of all things sweet then man is this going to be right up
your street!
Vera Wang’s Princess of Hearts EDT is available now and
costs £50 for 50ml though its currently on offer at The Perfume Shop for a BARGAINOUS £19.99!
