While i like to think that i manage to stay ahead of the beauty game, from time to time an amazing brand or product slips through my net.
Lanolips™ is one of those brands.
(FYI- Lanolin (the main ingredient in the Lanolips™ range) is a natural substance taken from freshly shorn sheep’s wool.)
Sounds gross, feels amazing!
Indeed their hero product, their 101 Ointment (£11.22) is 110% pure, 100% natural, 100% fragrance free, Vegetarian and baby friendly and hold up to 200% of its weight in moisture. Oh, it’s also a multi award winning product too.
I had a play around with Lanolips™ Lip Ointment with Colour SPF (£8.16) and found i had fallen in love with the brand.
Lanolips™ Lip Ointment with Colour SPF (£8.16) In Rose & Sunshine |
*As voted 10/10 by The Times UK* Rediscover the magic of lanolin in this heavy-duty, natural & multi-award winning ointment range like no other. The purest of pure wonder ointment, with over 60% Ultra Pure Grade Lanolin, colour, vitamin E & SPF 15.
The formula is deliciously thick and moisturising. Once you pop it on your lips you needn’t worry about licking it off and needing to re-apply again after 5 minutes.
Lanolips™ Lip Ointment with Colour SPF (£8.16) In Rose |
This ointment stays put, moisturising your lips while adding a pretty, subtle sheen.
As you can see from the swatches, the more ointment you use the deeper the colour you get.
Lanolips™ Lip Ointment with Colour SPF (£8.16) In Sunshine |
Based on the Lanolips™ signature medical grade Lanolin, the added shea butter, cocoa seed butter, wheat germ oil and other rich natural oils create a unique protective veil over the hands and offer deep, continual nourishment.
Lanolips™ Rose Balm for very dry hands and nails (£8.99) |
The balm is a beautiful pastel pink with a subtle aroma of rose. and like the ointment, it’s rich and thick in consistency.
A little goes a long way with this balm, but don’t worry it isn’t greasy. Immediately after applying the balm my hands felt soft and moisturised without being sticky or greasy.
The Lanolips™ range is available at Victoriahealth.com and Boots stores nationwide.
Wish i could try these (they look really good) but i'm allergic to Lanolin, I found this out when I tried eye drops with it in... one word, burning.
ReplyDeleteI use lanolin cream on my lips atm and I love it so I'd really like to try the coloured lanolips as my lips are sooo dry but I like a bit of colour :) xxx
