MeMeMe Arch Angel, Summer Chic Collection & Vitality Show Ticket Giveaway

Cult brand MeMeMe have got some gorgeous new launches this spring.

I’d say i like their nail polish’s , but that would be a lie.

I LOVE them!

The Summer Chic Mini Nail Collection comprised of 6 stunning polish’s includes one of their brand new shades, Pensive, which is a gorgeous, pale, aqueous blue.

I love the mix of 3 bright pastel colours and 3 muted tones, all of which are right on trend this spring.

The summer Chic Mini Nail Collection costs £14.99 which is a bargain when you think that a full size polish costs £4.50 alone.

My favourite shades from the collection are of course the brand new Pensive, Alluring which is a pretty creamy mocha, Lyrical the lemon shade and Ambitious, the dusky pink.

Also in the collection is Spirited, a soft coral and Refined, a light grey.

What i love about MeMeMe’s polish’s is just how strong the colours are and how thick the formula is. Often, you’ll only need one coat and they are so shiny you’ll find yourself admiring your nails more than once a day!

The collection is available now from Argos.com and will be launched in store and on the MeMeMe site in May.

Another new product for S/S is their Arch Angel tinted brow and highlighting cream duo.

Packaged exquisitely like all of MeMeMe’s  products, Arch Angel allows you to shape and define your brows and then hi-light your brow bone to lift, accentuate and define your look even further.

The brow gel is a medium-dark shade which is applied with what resembles a mascara brush. The formula is light and easy to use, allowing you to tame and control your unruly brows while adding more definition.

The hi-lighting cream is stunning and comes in a neutral, pearly shade to suit all skin tones.

As you can see from the swatches, once blended it allows your skin to catch the light to add a subtle glow to your look.

Available from 11TH April from the MeMeMe website and Superdrug , Arch Angel retails at £8.50.

L'Occitane Cherry Blossom Collection

Have you seen L’Occitane's gorgeous Cherry Blossom collection?

Delicate Cherry Blossom isn’t just a beautiful name for this new range but it also seems to describe the fragrance, if that’s at all possible!

While i love L’Occitane i can find that some of the ranges are a little too floral for my tastes. While some people may love this, im more of a sweet smelling girl myself.

Bath & Shower Gel £13 & Soap £3.50

Delicate Cherry Blossom on the other hand, is the perfect blend of floral and sweet, with juicy scents of cherries but with a delicate floral undertone.

Yummy!

Hand Cream £13.50 and Shimmering Lotion £18

Perfect for mother’s day ( It’s this Sunday guys!)  Delicate Cherry Blossom is available in a generous gift box (£39) which any mum would be delighted to receive.

Petal Soft Body Cream £25

My favourite products from the range include the Petal Soft Body Cream (£25) which is deliciously rich yet soaks into your skin leaving it soft, smooth and moisturised.

Eau de Toilette, 50ml £29, 100ml £36

I was pleasantly surprised by the eau de toilette (100ml £36)
9) which was delicately floral yet sumptuously sweet and i loved the solid perfume (£7.50) which allowed me top up the pretty scent throughout the day.

Solid Perfume £7.50

I also loved the Shimmering Body Lotion (£18) which left my skin silky soft, and due to the ever-so-slightly pearlescent shimmer within the lotion, left my skin glowing.

The subtle pearly-glow created by the Shimmering Lotion, £18

The Delicate Cherry Blossom collection is available to buy now from L’Occitane.

(And here's a little pic of me spreading the word about the Enchanting Cherry Princess Collection ahead of Mother's Day!)

DreamWeave Mascara

Meet you new favourite mascara.

Allow me to introduce you to DreamWeave.

If your anything like me, you wont have heard of this product before which is a mascara brought to you by a brand called Derma-Re-Work.

Dubbed ‘ The eyelash extensions in a tube’ this mascara has a silicone formula which coats each lash with a ‘fibrewrap’, giving the wearer dramatically longer and completely smudge free lashes.

The magnet like formulation is said to lengthen lashes while simultaneously locking onto them to stop flaking and smudging, yet it can still be easily removed with any cleanser.

Im always on the hunt for fab mascara’s, they’re one of my most staple products and i am incredibly impressed by DreamWeave.

While the packaging is not particularly exciting, the saying ‘never judge a book by its cover’ couldn’t be more true in this instance.

Before

While i normally don’t like ‘comb’ type wands, this one was perfect- it didn’t deposit too much product onto my lashes and fanned them out to perfection, preventing clumping.

After

Even when i added another coat they still didn’t clump.

You only need to look at the before and after photos to see what a difference it made to my lashes.

Wave goodbye to falsies and extensions and say hello to dramatic length in one stroke.

DreamWeave Mascara costs a very reasonable £12 and is available from their website.

Revlon ColorBurst Lip Butters

These bad boys already have a waiting list ahead of their arrival and I was beyond excited to try them out and i know that loads of you can’t wait to get your mitts on them too.

Revlon ColorBurst Lip Butters are softening, smoothing and hydrating lip colours that moisturise and hydrate like a lip balm but offer the fab coverage of a lipstick.

Available in 14 shades and infused with mango butter, shea butter and coconut butter they are a real treat for your lips.

The lip butters are all naturally fragrant with Vanilla Absolute and offer an impressive medium coverage with a high shine finish.

I love this formula, its creamy and moisturising yet offers a really decent amount of coverage, just what you need to keep your lips beautifully soft.

The 14 strong collection ranges in colours from sheer hues to colour pops and vivid washes of high sheen, but these 3 are my personal favourites.

Cotton candy

Never out of fashion, this girly shade offers a pretty pink which despite appearances is actually not too O.T.T due to its medium coverage and sleek shine.

Peach Parfait

The very colour that’s featured on the gorgeous Emma Stone, peach parfait is a beautiful, peachy shade which offers a lovely, subtle coral glow which is very on trend this s/s.

Strawberry Shortcake

As you can see ive already been wearing this gorgeous, pastel colour. A light application offers a pretty sheen where as thicker one see’s the colour come out more. Its the sort of shade which will look stunning on any skin tone.

Revlon Colorburst Lip Butters cost £7.99 each and will be available from Boots and Superdrug from March 19th.

The Sanctuary Skin Perfecting BB Cream

The Sanctuary are the latest brand to jump on the BB cream bandwagon, and I'm rather glad they have.

The Sanctuary Skin Perfecting BB Cream costs £14.99 and is said to moisturise and conceal for a flawless finish.

Oil absorbing silica in the formula balances and even out skin tone to help give a flawless, glowing finish to your complexion.

This BB cream contains natural oils rich in antioxidants to defend skin from free radicals, includes SPF 15 and smells wonderfully decadent and fresh.

The cream feels rich and moisturising without being greasy or oily, which is perfect for my combination skin.

Available in two shades, light to medium or medium to dark, my only criticism is that the light to medium which i used, was still ever so slightly too dark for my skin.

That said, the shade will be perfect when i have developed a little colour this spring/summer and light feeling formula with medium coverage is perfect for fresh looking skin this spring.

The Sanctuary Skin Perfecting BB Cream is available now from Boots or The Sanctuary’s website for £14.99 for a 50ml tube.
