Wonderlust is the beautiful and captivating new fragrance from Michael Kors.

Inspired by the unknown, unexpected and exotic it is a wonderfully fresh, light and addictive scent.

Just because the nights are closing in and the heating is going on doesn’t mean you have to turn to darker, heavier scents.

 I often enjoy finding a fragrance that is quite at odds with the current season and helps to lighten your mood and day.

Wonderlust does just that.

This eau de parfum is housed within the most chic and pretty peachy-coral gradient bottle with soft curves and gold detail, reminiscent of a tropical sunset.

The fragrance itself wouldn’t be out of place in a tropical location itself thanks to its luxurious blends of blossoms and spiced notes.

It features top notes of bergamot, mandarin, almond milk and pink pepper before blending into mid notes of jasmine grandiflorum absolute, dianthus, jasmine sambac absolute and heliotrope.

Dry notes of cashmeran wood, benzoin siam and sandalwood sri lanka round off the scent leaving a beautiful, alluring and truly romantic fragrance.

‘Intoxicating’ is the best word I can find to describe this scent and I love everything about it- from its pretty, fresh and light packaging to its soft, sweet seductive aroma.

Michael Kors Coral evokes feelings of spring, summer and sunny days from both inside and out.

This gorgeous new limited edition fragrance is a gorgeously fresh scent inspired by feminine sensuality and the sun-drenched colour of the tropics.

Just looking at the gorgeous signature bottle with its brilliant coral glass finish and gold lid makes me think of warm sunny days and warmer climes, just what I could do with as I look out of my living room window to be confronted by a sleet storm! (c’mon weather, its March!)

Anyway, I digress, this new scent really does put a spring in your step and a smile on your face thanks to its sweet, light and juicy aroma that dare I say borders on playful.

The fragrance opens with top notes of zesty lemon, pink grapefruit, fruity mandarin, blackcurrant and chic pink pepper.

Mid notes of sweet raspberry, orange flower, exotic Jasmine and Tuberose bring the sweet levels of the fragrance down a peg or two before dry notes of warming Ambrox, Cedarwood, Sandalwood and Musk round off the scent to create the perfect blend.

It possesses something I love in a scent- the ability to be light and fresh and sweet yet also sophisticated, soft and warm.

It’s ever such a lovely scent and is perfect for the forthcoming spring and summer months when you might be looking at moving to a slightly lighter fragrance. 

The new Michael Kors Coral Limited Edition eau de parfum will be available exclusively at Harrods from the 13^th March before becoming available nationwide from March 30^th and will cost £39 for 30ml, £58 for 50ml or £78 for 100ml.
