I wasn’t sure if I might find this primer a tad too heavy for my combination complexion given its hydrating qualities, however I was pleasantly surprised.

It really is feather-light and actually balanced my complexion, offering a soft, demi-matte finish that left my skin feel wonderfully soft.

I was particularly impressed by its ability to prevent makeup creasing when applying my concealer around my eye area.

My makeup sat beautifully on this canvas and as promised, did last all day long with minimum touch ups required.

All in all, I’m really rather impressed with this primer and if you do suffer with a drier complexion than its definitely one you need to add to your ‘must try’ list!

Life can be busy but you can guarantee that even on the busiest days, I’ll always find time to apply some killer highlighter.

Housed within a chic, sleek octagonal shaped compact complete with mirror you’ll find two beautiful highlighters, supercharged with shades that have been designed to suit and complement all skin tones.

A personal favourite of mine is the Lightning Dust and Fire Crystal duo.

Lightning Dust offers a wonderfully soft, nude, pearlescent sheen while Fire Crystal is a slightly richer tone with a pearlescent shimmer.

Silky soft to the touch and featherlight in texture, their long wear, cream-powder hybrid textures effortlessly melt into your skin on application, as if becoming one with your own complexion.

While I’ll admit that im not usually a big fan of really shimmery highlighters (I tend to opt for softer, more subtle, shimmer-free shades), I was pleasantly surprised with Fire Crystal’s overall effect.

The shimmer pigments are super fine and ultra smooth, making for precision application and non flaking.

This palette is perfect for popping in your handbag and keeping there for both daytime and evening use.

Opt for the softer Lightning Dust sheen for a subtle, day time glow then ramp it up for a truly spectacular night time glow with Fire Crystal.

It is a fabulous 2 in 1 product to take you from day to night and at £28 I think it’s a really great price for such a high quality, long lasting product.
