Charlotte Tilbury Magic Cream Light

Ladies and gents, allow me to introduce you to the latest addition to Charlotte Tilbury's fabulous skincare line.

Meet my new favourite moisturiser, the Magic Cream Light.

Inspired by her award winning Magic Cream, this new light variation offers a featherlight texture that helps to brighten, plump, smooth and perfect your complexion.

The result is radiant, younger looking skin.

But why add another moisturiser when the Magic Cream original is already so exceptional?

Well, if like me you have slightly oily skin, or find yourself in need of a much lighter moisturiser in the hot summer months, the OG Magic Cream may feel slightly too heavy for your skin.

Step forward Magic Cream Light.

Elegant and poised, the cream is housed within a heavy, sleek white and rose gold glass bottle.

Featuring a dispensing pump for hygienic, precise dosage, it is a really beautiful, radiant bottle that reflects the magic of the formula captured within.

The cream is absolutely packed full of an incredible array of skin loving ingredients to promote health, protect and perfect.

Formulated with a peptide called Replexium, it works to help reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines while plumping and firming your skin.

Another key ingredient is called Radicare Gold, which is a fantastic blue light shield.

This helps your skin to resist against stresses caused by natural radiation of blue light from both the sun and also digital devices, resulting in younger looking skin.

Speaking of the sun, it also boasts SPF20 with both UVA and B filters to help protect your skin from the suns harmful rays which as we all know, can cause premature ageing.

The luxurious, silky cream also contains a natural active ingredient derived from the white horehound plant called Citystem which shields your skin from both visible and invisible environmental aggressors.

Crambe seed oil offers superior, lightweight moisturisation to keep your skin feeling supple, Vitamin E conditions, nourishes and brightens your skin and Coconut Alkalines encourages suppleness.

Suitable for all skin types (though particularly great for oily/combination skin) it contains a smoothing, mattifying filter which makes it a great primer.

The cream itself is more of a lotion in terms of texture.

Silky, soft and wonderfully light, the fluid glides across your skin, quenching dry skin  before disappearing entirely.

Your skin is left feeling smooth and plump without the sensation of being weighed down or flooded.

Despite its featherlight texture it offers a fab, long-lasting hit of moisture without making your skin look shiny or feeling claggy.

I've been using it twice daily for a number of weeks and im well and truly hooked.

Don't get me wrong, I adore the original Magic Cream but I'm so pleased that Charlotte has created a lighter version.

I've found myself using the Magic Cream Light in the morning and the OG for a more intensive treatment at night.

It does a brilliant job of waking up your skin, creating the perfect canvas for your makeup application.

It really does transform a dull, lacklustre complexion, adding luminosity and radiance to the every day.

Charlotte Tilbury's new Magic Cream Light is available now and costs £75.
