KORRES Almond Cherry Collection

Launching on May 11^th is a very scrummy collection from Korres.

For sweet smelling product lovers this one is for you- meet the new Almond Cherry collection.

Within these bottles is the yummy aroma of sweet almond and fresh juicy cherries, inspired by long spring getaways and fully blossomed gardens.

And yes, it smells a lot like cherry bakewells. Mnnnnnn!

You’ve got a lovely creamy and frothy showergel (£8) and a body milk (£10) which together will leave your skin feeling soft and clean and smelling good enough to eat!

The Showergel contains skin loving wheat proteins which form a protective film on the skin helping to maintain its hydration level while the body milk offers the perfect amount of moisturisation without feeling heavy.

The milk is enriched with vitamins, almond oil, Aloe, provitamin B5 and shea butter to provide long lasting nourishment while enhancing your skins suppleness.

It’s a luxurious milk which is absorbed really quickly leaving behind the delicious scent of almond and cherries which I find really addictive!

Viktor and Rolf Flowerbomb Extreme

Viktor and Rolf Flowerbomb is one of my favourite scents. It is sophisticated, addictive and unquestionably, beautiful.

Imagine my sheer joy then when I stumbled across Flowerbomb Extreme, a darker, richer, deeper more intense version of the original scent.

Flowerbomb Extreme features the same multifaceted shaped bottle only this time the bottle is almost the colour of an amethyst, gorgeously violet and crimson and rich.

The fragrance itself features some of the same signature floral notes as Flowerbomb however the intensity of the essential oils have been heightened to create a longer lasting, deeper and warmer experience- this is definitely more of an evening or winter scent, for example.

 

 Top notes of Manderin and grapefruit replace Flowerbomb’s Bergamot and Tea before familiar heart notes of Sambac Jasmine, Freesia and Orchid are introduced also to Rose.

Base notes of Essential Oils, Patchouli and Amber create a stunning, powerful and warm well rounded scent that is as equally addictive and recognisable as the original.

 

I love Flowerbomb Extreme. I adore being able to smell a fragrance for hours after its been applied and I’m a fan of powerful scents so this is right up my street.

On a more basic and superficial level I also really love the pretty purple bottle too!
