Charlotte Tilbury Glowgasm Face Palette

I am a huge Charlotte Tilbury fan (If you hadn’t already gathered) and their Glowgasm Face Palette may just be one of my favourite products to date!

This stunning palette comes in two shades, Lightgasm for Fair skin and Lovegasm for Medium/Dark skin tones and features four skin and eye highlighters.

Housed within simply the prettiest compact ever you’ll find four gorgeous, glowing shades designed to enhance every skin tone and create a truly radiant look.

Both palettes feature a stunning Highlighter, a Multi-Glow powder, a Bronzer and a Pop Blush in just gorgeous, wearable shades.

Marketed as ‘A magical joy filter that makes your face happy!’ this compact has been created with pearl pigments to give your skin a lit-from-within glow and rainbow-effect finish.

A brightening Glow Gel provides an illuminating translucency that plays with the light while smoothing polymers give a gorgeous, soft-focus finish.

The palette pictured is Lovegasm and come on, how beautiful is it! Its one of those products that I’m loathed to use because the embossing and finishes touches are so beautiful it seems a shame to wear them down, but make no mistake, they will be worn down!

The quality and softness of the finely milled powders is entirely noticeable, with each shade offering a highly pigmented and velvety finish.

 The feather-light powders glide across the skin like velvet, offering a weightless, illuminating finish that makes your skin exude health and radiance.

The multi-use powders can be used to illuminate and highlight your face as well as for creating a fabulous eye.

Use the soft champagne highlighter to illuminate your features by applying it along your cheekbones, cupid’s bow, over your eyelids and even on the inner corner of your eyes to highlight your features.

The multi-glow powder is fabulous for layering your level of illumining glow and its superior blendability allows you to create your desired level of glow with ease.

Add a pop of gorgeous multi-faceted blush with the Pop Blush. This stunning, rosy toned blush flatters all skin tones, offering a soft focus, pretty hint of romantic colour.

Cover FX Gripping Primer

Cover FX do many things well and one of my favourite things is their range of primers.

I’ve maintained for as long as I can remember that it’s a crime not to prime. 

Using the right primer for your skin helps to create an excellent base for our makeup, allowing it to work better with your skin, allowing your makeup to last longer and ultimately, leaving you looking more radiant for longer.

Cover FX have recently not only expanded its selection of primers but revamped the line with fresh, sleek new packaging. 

The new collection includes their cult-favorite Mattifying and Blurring formulas with a couple of new additions in the form of one called Water Cloud, one named Gripping and another Dewy Skin.

I opted to try the new Gripping Primer on account of its ability to provide next level grip for makeup, firming and its anti-ageing properties.

Despite being designed for normal to dry skin I decided to give it a go and I was thoroughly impressed.

Cover FX’s Gripping Primer features a  jelly like texture and contains a host of vitamins, minerals and amino acids from algae extracts which work to firm up your skin, target fine lines and prevent sagging for an even complexion while an ocean derived complex gets to work on fine lines and improves skin clarity.

Lightweight in texture the jelly becomes more like a serum when dispensed and distributed ono your skin, disappearing almost instantly.

 

It visibly creates a dewy, glass-like effect on the skin to boost radiance and creates an immediately brighter complexion.

Fragrance and colour free it disappears into your skin leaving it as a silky smooth canvas for your make up, but unlike many other primers this one really does grip onto your makeup.

That foundation really aint budging when applied and I found that I barely required any top up’s or powder checks throughout the day.

It’s an impressive piece of equipment and has left me dying to try the rest of the range to see what they have to offer!
