Following on from their success last year come four new shades
of Clarins Instant Smooth Crystal Lip Balm for Summer 2013!
These gelatinous looking lovelies combine the pigment of a
lippie with the moisturising properties of a lip balm and the transparent sheen
of a gloss.
They all smell amazing, with each one smelling like goodies
from a sweet shop!
They may look scary both in colour form (especially Crystal Berry & Crystal Gold Plum) but they really aren’t
anything to be scared of!
They are perfect for adding a splash of coloured to lips
while looking after them with a dash of moisture and gloss.
‘’But the pigment only appears to run in the middle of the balm, doesn’t
that make applying it evenly hard work?’’
Well in a word, sort of.
When applying, you will need to angle the balm to ensure the
coloured part hits the edges of your lips, but it’s not really much of a
problem.
After application you
may need to blend the colour and balm on your lips with your fingers to get
even coverage, but it’s worth it.

I’m currently loving Crystal Rose, which is a really pretty
pink and Crystal Berry, more of a purple/berry shade.
The four new shades will be available from Clarins from next month.
