Squeal! OMG How divine are the new Charlotte Tilbury Hot Lips 2 lipsticks!!!

Just look at these little beauties!

They are exquisite, right from the outer sleeve, to the fabulous tube, right down to the decadent and stunning shades within.

Inspired by 11 icons, rule breakers, record makers and history shakers, these universally flattering colours come in five gorgeous, collectible, interchangeable and refillable cases which have been inspired by Charlotte’s universe of fashion, Hollywood, Rock ‘n’ Roll and of course magic!

The power is in your hands to mix and match the shades of your choice with one of the stunning cases to create your very own lipstick icon!

Now, onto the goodies themselves!

I tested out three beautiful shades in Dancefloor Princess, Red Hot Susan and Glowing Jen (£28 each).

Dancefloor Princess is a dreamy, pretty pink which pays homage to the legend that is Kylie Minogue.

This sweet, subtle shade is universally flattering and features a soft pearl running through the shade to help create the illusion of a fuller pout!

Created using Charlotte’s iconic K.I.S.S.I.N.G formula this lipstick is super moisturising and offers a delicate sheen on application.

Enriched with antioxidant lipstick tree extract it works to hydrate and condition your lips while the 3D glowing pigments create the illusion of fuller lips.

It is such a gorgeous everyday colour and I love the comfortable, wearable formula. Just gorgeous.

Next up is Red Hot Susan, a tawny orange red in homage to the one and only Susan Sarandon.

Tis vibrant, fun shade has a modern matte texture which is easy to build and looks great on all skin types.

This shade is part of the Matte Revolution line of lipsticks, creating a soft matte look while still imparting moisture and nourishment for a comfortable wear.

I love this shade. I’m not a huge wearer of such bold colours and tend to opt for reds with a blueish undertone but I was pleasantly surprised to see that this shade actually did suit me, despite my pale complexion!

Despite its vivid colour it was easy to apply precisely thanks to the innovative squared off angled tip and lasted for ages after its initial application.

Last but by no means least, is the stunning Glowing Jen.

This beachy, rose hued shade has been inspired by everyone’s Friend, Jen Aniston.

Another gorgeous shade which is great for everyday wear but brighter in colour in Dancefloor Princess, it is a truly gorgeous dusky rose colour that would go with a multitude of different makeup looks.

This is another K.I.S.S.I.N.G lipstick which means it is ever so dewy with a subtle hint of sheen and feels like a pleasure to wear on your lips.

Hydrating and long lasting, I’m yet to wear it and not receive a compliment!
