MeMeMe Arch Angel, Summer Chic Collection & Vitality Show Ticket Giveaway

Cult brand MeMeMe have got some gorgeous new launches this spring.

 I’d say i like their nail polish’s , but that would be a lie.

I LOVE them!

  The Summer Chic Mini Nail Collection comprised of 6 stunning polish’s includes one of their brand new shades, Pensive, which is a gorgeous, pale, aqueous blue.

I love the mix of 3 bright pastel colours and 3 muted tones, all of which are right on trend this spring.

 

The summer Chic Mini Nail Collection costs £14.99 which is a bargain when you think that a full size polish costs £4.50 alone.

  My favourite shades from the collection are of course the brand new Pensive, Alluring which is a pretty creamy mocha, Lyrical the lemon shade and Ambitious, the dusky pink.

Also in the collection is Spirited, a soft coral and Refined, a light grey.

What i love about MeMeMe’s polish’s is just how strong the colours are and how thick the formula is. Often, you’ll only need one coat and they are so shiny you’ll find yourself admiring your nails more than once a day!

The collection is available now from Argos.com and will be launched in store and on the MeMeMe site in May.

Another new product for S/S is their Arch Angel tinted brow and highlighting cream duo.

 Packaged exquisitely like all of MeMeMe’s  products, Arch Angel allows you to shape and define your brows and then hi-light your brow bone to lift, accentuate and define your look even further.

 

The brow gel is a medium-dark shade which is applied with what resembles a mascara brush. The formula is light and easy to use, allowing you to tame and control your unruly brows while adding more definition.

   The hi-lighting cream is stunning and comes in a neutral, pearly shade to suit all skin tones.

As you can see from the swatches, once blended it allows your skin to catch the light to add a subtle glow to your look.

Meet The Gadget Show's Pollyanna Woodward

Pollyanna Woodward is the newest member of Channel 5’s The Gadget Show.

The former Miss England (Yes she is gorgeous) and Popstars the Rivals finalist (AND talented) boasts a wealth of tech know-how having presented The Gadget Show’s Web TV content prior to landing a spot on the show.

 (Which means that she has beauty AND brains. Not fair)

 She has well over 40,000 Twitter followers tuning in for her views on the latest gadgets and tech breakthroughs, as well as to check out her gorgeous photos, of that im sure!

This lady is so good at what she does that she has been nominated in the T3 Gadget Awards 2011 in the Gadget Personality of the Year category alongside her Gadget Show colleagues, Mark Zuckerberg and Lady Gaga.

What is your favourite beauty brand?

I have 2 brands whose products suit me really well and have done for years, that’s Clinique and L’Oreal, though I’m finding other new brands all the time that are bringing out some great products too

When do you feel most beautiful?

When I’ve had a good nights sleep and wake up with my skin looking healthy and hydrated

Do you have a beauty Icon?

Not really, i see just as many beautiful women in the street as i do in magazines that inspire me, many women on the street wear less make up but wear it well, and can look absolutely breathtaking, sometimes less is more it enhances you’re natural beauty.

As a high profile star, do you feel pressure from the media to look ‘perfect’

I’m very lucky the job i do is action based and out on location, so i don’t feel as much pressure to always look perfect, the two just do not go hand in hand, however i love surprising the media when i turn up to an event dressed up with full make up, its the complete opposite to what people normally see, and i love having that contrast and versatility.

Can you share with us one of your trade secret beauty tips?

For a natural healthy glow without carrying too many products, use a warm tone highlighter like the NARS one i own, i use it to highlight my cheeks, add a bit of colour on my eyelids and a lip tint, with room left in my bag for my phone, cards and lipgloss.

What was the best piece of beauty advice you have ever been given?

Always take your make up off and moisturise daily, i live by that now regardless of how late a night i have or how tired i am, its a must your skin needs feeding too.

What does ‘Beauty’ mean to you?

Happiness, acceptance and contentment. If you’re beautiful on the inside it’ll radiate on the outside
