The Body Shop Spiced Orange Collection

 

Dip your toe (and everything else!) into the festive season with this delicious new limited edition collection from The Body Shop.

Possibly one of my favourite Christmas scents, the Spiced Orange range features vibrant, zesty notes of sweet, juicy orange, warm, spicy cinnamon and comforting, soft vanilla.

It is one of those scents which literally smells good enough to eat and is my personal go-to when it comes to home fragrance, so I am over the moon that now I can indulge in the same sumptuous notes during my bathing routine.

 

 

My two top picks from the collection are the luxurious Body Scrub and the opulent, rich Body Butter.

The bold, bright and fragrant Spiced Orange Body Scrub is a deliciously thick and rich sugar exfoliator which gently buffs away dead skin, revealing brighter, soften skin that is more receptive to your moisturiser.

 

 

Enriched with orange peel essential oils and ingredients of 89% natural origin, this scrub is more gentle than some alternatives that use grains, seeds or salt thanks to the smaller size of sugar crystals.

Ideal for dry skin but suitable for pretty much all skin types, it offers a gentle yet effective exfoliation while protecting your skin with its blend of oils to leave your skin feeling comfortable and soft, never dry or parched.

 

 

Take a generous dollop of the scrub and gently massage into wet skin before rinsing off to reveal silky soft skin that smells absolutely divine.

I tried it out in the form of their Body Yoghurt (£9) and Hand Cream (£5).

This decadently rich and creamy yoghurt has been created with jasmine extract from India, shea butter from Ghana and organic almond milk from Spain to create a deeply nourishing and beautifully aromatic scented body moisturiser.

 

 

Wonderfully light yoghurt has a semi-gel like texture which is quickly absorbed into your skin, quenching any dryness and replenishing moisture where it is most needed.

Formulated for nomal to dry skin, it gets to work quickly to sooth dry skin, leaving you feeling soft and silky and smelling festively fabulous.

I got stuck into their Body Scrub (£16) and Lip Scrub (£4.50).

Created in a deep, decadent, rich red hue this delectable body scrub smells good enough to eat.

Formulated with cranberry seed oil, Brazil nut oil and exfoliating raspberry seeds and sugar crystals, this juicy treat buffs away dead skin to reveal brighter, smother skin beneath.

I adore this scent, and while it is a Shower Cream (£5.50) I like to pour it under warm running water for an indulgent bathing experience too.

Created with vanilla extract from Madagascar, the rich, creamy shower gel offers up plenty of soft, frothy bubbles to gently cleanse your skin without leaving it feeling dry.

 

 

The best part, the scent of vanilla lingers on your skin long after you’ve stepped out of the shower.
