Sometimes, you don’t have to spend a fortune to get an absolutely awesome skincare product.

My name is Sarah and I’m a Wrendale Designs addict.

Not familiar with the brand? Fear not, I’m about to introduce you and I guarantee you’ll love it just as much as I do!

Wrendale Designs is the brain child of Hannah Dale. Hannah (who studied art at school before reading zoology at Cambridge university) was looking for an outlet for her creative and artistic roots so turned to sewing and began making beautiful curtains and blinds as well as personalising nursery paintings for children which were hugely popular.

Inspired by the Lincolnshire countryside (where she lived) and the outdoor life, Hannah started to paint hares. She loved their expressive faces and wonderful personalities. Others loved her work and she expanded her repertoire to include painting other animals - foxes, pheasants, geese, dogs and hens.

It was then suggested to Hannah that she design some cards and the rest as they say, is history.

Since founding her company, Wrendale Designs have won five prestigious Henries awards and supplies cards nationwide, as well as exporting all over the world. 

It now also has a collaboration with Portmeirion which produces ceramic, textile and melamine items featuring Wrendale's designs and it has also branched out way beyond cards to produce other stationery, tinware and a fab soft furnishings range.

And so, here we are today and Wrendale has a GIGANTIC fan in me.

I simply ADORE the beautiful paintings, exquisite designs and products that Wrendale have to offer and I just had to show them off to you.

They have such an expansive range of products and so many items that would make wonderful gifts for loved ones this festive season so I just had to share.

First up in my collection of stunning items is the A3 Family Organiser 2018 (£10).

The perfect combination of style and practicality, this calendar has space for up to four people to keep track of their daily appointments and features a different illustration for each month.

Measuring 300mm x 420mm it is the perfect size for fitting everything you need to keep on top of written down as well as having a space for notes and reminders.

I ADORE the large monthly illustrations (as do my kids!).

Another firm favourite with my kids is the Mice and Hamster Biscuit Barrel (£15). 

Quite apart from the fact this tin contains some of my kids favourite treats, they love looking at the cute mice that adorn the outside and top of the barrel.

The best surprise to this biscuit tin however is within the barrel itself!

I’m head over heels with this set as it is just so unbelievably cute!

Another Wrendale item which makes ordinary things feel that extra bit more enjoyable is their beautiful Garden Birds Umbrella (£25).

If you have to be caught out and about during a downpour and require the help of an umbrella to keep yourself dry you may as well do it with style!

Their umbrellas are one of their newer products and are available in four different designs featuring animal patterns with contrasting coloured panels.

I adore this gorgeous Garden Birds umbrella featuring a selection of illustrations of some of the most familiar birds that visit our gardens. 

It’s the kind of item that you long to use as its so pretty, so you almost find yourself wishing for rain!

As if they weren’t special enough, these umbrellas have an embossed logo on the handle and a stitched velcro strap.

Just stunning.

Wrendale Designs have a huge selection of items to suit every budget and one of their most useful yet most reasonably priced items are their selection of Shopping Pads (£4).

This Pretty In Pink Pad is illustrated with one of my favourite designs, the Flamingo from their Fur, Feathers and Whiskers range.

Super compact and handy these pads feature a magnetic strip on the back so they can be popped onto the front of your fridge allowing you to jot down items for your shopping list as and when you remember! 

There is such an expansive collection of gorgeous items across the Wrendale Designs range that its almost impossible to choose a favourite item or illustration.
