Benefit Fine ONE ONE

Happy Friday Guys!

Today I’m here to talk about Benefit’s newest product, Fine ONE ONE, a sheer brightening colour for cheeks and lips set to launch in February.

Packaged beautifully, this cheek and lip trio is designed to blend together perfectly to give your look an instant lift.
Yes the product may look a little daunting and confusing-‘’how on earth do you use it’’ I hear you ask?

Well, simply glide from the apple of your cheek, up  to your temple and blend with fingertips in an upward circular motion.
Remember to place the pink champagne  shade highest on your face and the coral shade facing down or else you'll end up looking a tad strange!

The three shades, pink champagne, sheer watermelon and soft coral are designed to work together to create the perfect look in one easy sweep.

For lazy gals like me or for people who aren’t too sure on how to hi-light or where to apply your blush, I think this product is fab.

I would say that it is a tad gimmicky, but I do like the combination of a blush and hi-lighter in one.

Benefit’s Fine ONE ONE will be available from Benefit, Debenhams and other leading retailers from February and will retail at £23.50.

Benefit Watt's Up Reviewed

Benefit has launched its latest hi-lighter, Watt’s Up this month and as I promised back in August when I first brought this news to you, I’ve tested it out to let you know all about it.

Like all Benefit pieces I love its quirky name and its gorgeous packaging. It almost looks too pristine and pretty to use, but I quickly get over that and delved in!

I did question the need for such as fussy looking hi-lighter- I haven’t come across any which come with a special blending tool attached before, but I’m always up for new ideas, why not. (Though it did make me question just how much I was going to need to blend it!)

Pre-blending

I was pleasantly surprised. The solid cream hi-lighter was lovely and silky to apply with great pigmentation- and this is when I realised why it needed the blending tip.

The Blending Tip

Once blended with the soft, round spongy tip the hi-lighter was transformed from a bright, harsh shade to a gorgeous soft tone.

Post Blending

Perfect to use to hi-light your cheekbones and below your eye brows, I really liked this product.

Watt’s Up is available now from Benefit for £24.50 but fear not, this item will last you ages!
