Missoni Eau De Toilette

Missoni eau de toilette is the second fragrance in the Missoni line following on from the launch of their eau de parfum last year.

Missoni EDT is a lighter, fresher variation of the EDP and this is reflected throughout the fragrance and begins with its beautiful bottle.

This pretty, luminous bottle reflects the original EDP in its shape but this time features more warming, sunny shades of oranges, yellows and pinks that create a really pretty effect.

It certainly gives an indication of the kind of fragrance you’re going to find within!

‘The new EDT is a delicate fragrance inspired by the morning dawn and dedicated to a sensual, exuberant woman whose femininity truly stands out.’

Top notes of blood orange, nashi pear, pink berries and waterlily scentTreck offer a juicy, sweet opening experience before petals of freesia, peony, rosyfolia and rosewater essence swirl to create a beautiful floral element.

Base notes of sylkolide, helitrope, white cedarwood and Georgywood then round off the fragrance leaving what I would describe as an oriental scent.

It is the perfect combination of sweet, floral and woody with none of the notes overpowering the other and makes a really lovely change from many of the more wintery, strong and overpowering fragrances that are launched at this time of year.

The new Missoni Eau De Toilette is available now and costs £53 for 50ml.

Givenchy Dahlia Divin Le Nectar de Parfum

Givenchy Dahlia Divin Le Nectar is the latest addition to the Dahlia Divin collection of fragrances.

This beautiful perfume is stunning both outside and within.

Housed within the same rectangular bottle as the original, Le Nectar glistens like gold and features gold detailing around the neck of the bottle and pretty gold flecks within its clear lid.

It is in my opinion, a younger, more playful take on the original scent but still possesses the same enchanting and feminine aura.

Top notes of Mimosa give way to heart notes of Jasmine Sambuc and Rose before woody base notes of Sandalwood and Tonka Bean round off the scent.

It is a deliciously soft, creamy, intense and powdery floral scent which evokes romance and sophistication.

It is undeniably feminine and I adore its subtle, delicate sweet undertones.

Dahlia Divin Le Nectar de Parfum is available now and costs £60.75 for 50ml.

Fashioned like a tree, the calendar is made up of individual boxes which don’t betray the shape of the product within, so you’ll struggle to guess which product will appear behind each day.
