Ciate Glow To Illuminating Blush

How beautiful are these Ciate Glow-To Illuminating Blushes!!

Available in 6 stunning shades these gorgeous lovelies combine silky matte blush with ultra fine powder highlighter to leave your skin glowing.

I got my mitts on Baby Doll (a dusky pink) and Summer Love (an apricot pink) and I love everything about these babies.

Boasting 12 hours of smudge free staying power, these feather light powders don’t just look stunning in their cute compacts, they look gorgeous on your skin too.

Housed within Ciaté signature packaging with compact mirror for on-the-go application these blushes have been embossed with a beautiful bow which sits within swirls of pretty twinkling stars.

The swirling blend of blush and highlighter are there for you to see in the compact and give you just a hint of what it will look like when applied to your cheeks.

Wonderfully lightweight and easily blendable, you can opt for a delicate, fresh day time look or build layers for a more dramatic finish.

The powder is soft and so light that it doesn’t feel like you’re wearing any make up.

You won’t find a hint of cakey-ness with these bad boys that’s for sure, just beautiful skin that glows.

Ciate’s range of Glow-To Illuminating Blushers are available now from ASOS and cost £22 each.

Sunday Riley C.E.O.

I’ve been using Sunday Riley’s C.E.O. (C & E anti oxidant Protect & Repair Moisturiser) for several weeks now and I have to say, I’m impressed.

Offering fast-absorbing, deep and luminous hydration without greasiness this moisturiser is packed full of powerful ingredients that fight the 5 signs of environmental and micropollution-induced skin damage, including dehydration, sensitivity, dullness, uneven skin tone and fine lines/wrinkles.

Now, that’s rather a lot for a moisturiser to tackle but I’ve gotta say, C.E.O. seems to have nailed it on all counts.

This Scientifically advanced formula is enriched with potent, lipid-soluble, advanced vitamin C  (5% THD Ascorbate) which is more stable and less irritating than other vitamin C derivatives.

The innovative delivery system within C.E.O. has been designed to keep half of the Vitamin C on the skin’s surface for antioxidant protection while pulling the other half into the deeper layers of the skin to help promote and support your skins natural collagen production while brightening and repairing from the inside out.

Meanwhile, Exopolysaccharides provide a shielding effect against pollution exposure and Lime Pearl Extract plus Bisabolol provides gentle exfoliation and soothing support for your skin.

The moisturiser itself is deliciously thick, rich and creamy in texture and possesses a delicate, zesty fragrance to match its soft orange hue.

When applied to your skin it is absorbed quickly leaving no greasy residue and immediately leaves your skin feeling soft, nourished and plump.

After using it twice daily for several weeks I’ve noticed a real difference to the overall appearance of my skin.

My skin appears to be brighter and less grey in colour. I have a far more even skintone and have found that I often don’t even need to use a primer as C.E.O. works so well under my makeup at creating a flawless base.

At £60 a tub it is an expensive moisturiser, but it is a moisturiser that actually works and over the forthcoming winter months you really need to look after your skin so if I were you, I’d invest now!

Sunday Riley’s C.E.O. is available now from Cult Beauty.

Marc Jacobs Decadence Eau so Decadent

When I first saw the Marc Jacobs Decadence fragrance, I didn’t think it would ever be possible for them to top it.

So beautiful was the scent and so exquisite and luxurious was the bottle design, I figured that was it.
That was, until they launched Eau so Decadent and I fell in love even harder than before!

Marc Jacobs Eau so Decadent is a lighter, softer, fruitier take on the original yet just like its predecessor it retains all of the appeal of decadent luxury!

This vibrant new representation of glamour incorporates luxury and femininity within in its seductive nectar, offering unparalleled indulgence within each spray.

I absolutely adore the redesigned bottle which features a snakeskin cap with splashes of blush pink and teal, offering a contrast between light and dark.

A shortened gold chain wraps the clear, frosted bottle which allows the vibrant teal fragrance within to shine through in all its beauty.

It’s a truly show stopping bottle, the perfect balance of fragrance and fashion, but then what else would you expect from a legend such as Marc Jacobs!

Now, onto the scent itself.

Perfect for both day or evening wear the perfume opens with top notes of juicy nashi pear, sweet black currant and is balanced by green ivy to create a deliciously sweet and fresh opening.

Heart notes of pink lily of the valley, magnolia and intense jasmine offer a delicate and beautiful floral bouquet before base notes of white amber, cashmere woods and raspberry gloss create a warm yet sweet overall experience.

It is a beautifully soft, sweet, floral fragrance which I find totally addictive.

I feel like I’m holding a piece of art work when I gaze at the bottle and I absolutely adore the delicious and luxurious fragrance.

This could possibly be my favourite fragrance of the year.

Marc Jacobs Decadent Eau So Decadent is available now and costs £54 for 50ml.
